At SKVID Ltd., it is important for us to protect the security and privacy of your personal data, therefore we operate in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and relevant data protection laws. SKVID Ltd. will not collect any personal data about you (e.g., your name, address, telephone number, or email address), unless you voluntarily decide to provide it to us (e.g., by registering on our application solutions, during various inquiries, requests, etc.), or if you give your consent, or unless otherwise prescribed by applicable laws and regulations for the protection of your personal data.
Personal Data of Children
When information society services are directly offered to a child, the processing of the child's personal data is lawful if the child is at least 16 years old. If the child is under the age of 16, such processing is lawful only if and to the extent that consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility over the child.
SKVID Ltd. makes reasonable efforts to verify whether the consent in such cases is given or approved by the holder of parental responsibility over the child, considering the available technology. As a rule, SKVID does not collect personal data of children, except in cases involving the children of its employees, all in the interest of fulfilling employment rights.
