How to send a message?

Open the "S://doctor" application on your mobile device.

On the home page of the application, find and select the "Messages" option.

Once you have selected "Messages," you will be directed to a page with message categories. Choose the appropriate message category based on your needs:

Medications
This category is intended for medication prescription requests. You can choose from different subcategories of medications, such as medications prescribed in emergency medicine, home visits, medications containing narcotics and psychotropic substances, and medications used in the treatment of recognized work-related injuries or occupational diseases. You can also select medications intended for foreign patients, medications on the drug list under the generic name, pain relievers, drops, ointments, and powders.

Referrals
This category is intended for requests related to specialist doctor appointments, follow-up examinations, diagnostic tests, physical therapy, day hospital, outpatient treatment, hospital treatment, control consultation, or the Unified Emergency Hospital Admission.

Chronic Therapy
In this category, you can send a request related to prescribed chronic therapy. Specify the chronic diseases or conditions for which you have been prescribed therapy, such as diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular diseases, rheumatic diseases, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, hyperactivity, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, thyroid diseases, Asperger's syndrome, kidney diseases, psoriasis, epilepsy, asthma, chronic fatigue, Parkinson's disease, viral diseases, autoimmune diseases, or tumors. You can also indicate the need for chronic therapy during your stay abroad (for seafarers or travelers) and request a prescription for all necessary medications at once.

Medical Reports
In this category, you can request the issuance of reports on temporary work incapacity for employers or request orthopedic and other aids.

Appointment Booking
In this category, you have a field to enter appointment details. Enter the desired date and time of the appointment in the input field, add information or inquiries related to the appointment. You can attach images or documentation relevant to the purpose of the appointment in the message. After the request is sent, you will be notified of the appointment confirmation through in-app notifications.

Other Inquiries
If you have any specific inquiries or requests that do not fall under a specific category, use this option. Here, you can provide any additional information or questions you want to share with the doctor.

After selecting the appropriate message category, follow the on-screen instructions to write and send your message to the doctor. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us through the support feature within the application. Our team is here to help you.
