Instructions for installing and launching

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

In order to use the application, you need to ensure:

• a mobile device compatibile with Apple iOS or Androis operating system
• an internet connection with a recommended minimum speed of 1/1 Mbit/s on the mobile device.

Downloading and installing the application are part of an automated process.

APPLICATION INSTALLATION

The S://DOKTOR application needs to be downloaded from the Apple Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android):

• For an Android device, go to "Play Store" and search for "Sdoktor" (tap the Install button or scan the QR code for downloading).
• For an iOS device, go to the "App Store" and search for "Sdoktor" (tap the Get button or scan the QR code for downloading).

SYSTEM LOGIN

After downloading and installing, the initial screen will be displayed.

To log in to the system, users need to enter their mobile or landline phone number.

APPLICATION ACTIVATION

The activation of the application on the mobile device begins by launching it and entering the activation code.

You will receive a six-digit activation code on the phone number you provided.

If you entered a mobile number, you will receive the code via SMS, and if you entered a landline number, you eill receive it via a phone call.

If you don't receive the code, you can click on the link on the screen to resend the code via SMS or phone call.

Enter the received six-digit code.

APPLICATION LOGIN

Enter your personal information to complete the registration.

Confirm the entry by selecting the CONTINUE command.

PERMISSION

The application will be launched and will request permission to send notifications. Confirm the permission to receive notifications by selecting the ALLOW command.

USING THE APPLICATION

Call your doctor and place an order using the phone number registered in the mobile application.

You will receive a notification that your order has been received.

You can check the status of your order at any time within the application by selecting the STATUS button.

Once the order is processed by the doctor, you will receive a notification that your order has been processed.
