General Terms of Use for SKVID Application Solutions

These terms of use set forth the conditions and rules relating to the use of SKVID application solutions (hereinafter referred to as: Application). The owner of the Application and the provider of systemic and application support for its use is SKVID d.o.o., Jalševečka cesta 40, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia (hereinafter referred to as: SKVID). The Application is a software tool that facilitates two-way communication between registered Users of the Application and the exchange of relevant information and documentation. An Application User, in terms of these General Terms of Use, is any legal entity or adult individual who has voluntarily registered to use the Application. Use of the Application is not possible without agreeing to these General Terms of Use.

By accessing, activating, and using the Application, users confirm that they are aware of the General Terms of Use and their legal effects, and that they have read, understood, and fully accepted them. It is considered that users are at all times aware of and agree with these terms of use, including provisions regarding the processing of personal data.

SKVID reserves the right, at its own discretion, to change or modify these General Terms of Use at any time and for any reason without prior notice. If SKVID modifies the terms of use, it will notify users through a note in the Application and request users to confirm the new terms of use. If the User does not agree with the modified terms of use, SKVID has the option to terminate the respective business relationship. It is considered that the User is aware of the changes and accepts any revised terms of use by confirming these terms and continuing to use the Application after the date of publication of the revised General Terms of Use.

In the case of mobile application solutions, use of the Application requires access to a mobile network and the use of one of the most commonly used mobile devices with iOS or Android operating systems.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Application is the property of SKVID d.o.o., and all the source code and databases, texts, photographs, and graphics in the Application (collectively, "Content") and the trademarks, marks, and logos contained therein ("marks") are owned by SKVID.

By using the Application, as a User, you declare and guarantee that:

you agree to abide by these General Terms of Use;

you will not access the Application through automated or non-human means, whether via robots, scripts, or otherwise;

you will not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes;

you will not access or use the Application for any purpose other than that for which SKVID makes it available;

you will not disable or otherwise interfere with security features of the Application, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or impose limitations on the use of the Application or its Content;

your use of the Application will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete information, we have the right to suspend or terminate your access and future use of the Application (or any part thereof). You agree to keep your access data confidential and will be responsible for any use of your username and password in the Application. We reserve the right to remove access to the Application if we determine that your behavior is inappropriate in terms of being contrary to legal or other regulations, endangering public safety or the safety of other individuals, or inappropriate in any other sense.

These Terms of Use apply from 1.1.2024 until revoked by SKVID d.o.o
