LAUNCHING THE APPLICATION

Open the sDoctor application on your mobile device.

Sign in to your user account.

ACCESSING INSTITUTIONS

On the app's bottom menu bar or menu, find and select the "Institutions" option.

ADDING A NEW DOCTOR

In the top right corner of the screen, find the "+" icon and click on it.

CHOOSING A METHOD TO ADD A NEW DOCTOR

Select one of the following methods to find and add another doctor or institution:

sDoctor phone number: Enter the sDoctor phone number in the designated field.

Institution code: Enter the institution code in the designated field.

Scan QR code: Use your mobile device's camera to scan the QR code on the poster in the doctor's office.

Note:

• The phone number of the doctor in the sDoctor application is not the same as your doctor's office number.
• You can find the phone number of the doctor in the sDoctor application from your doctor or locate it on the poster displayed in the doctor's office.
• You can find the institution code on the poster or brochure in your doctor's office or inquire directly.

CALLING THE DOCTOR

After adding the doctor or institution, find it on the list of institutions within the application.

Select the institution/doctor and click on it.

On the institution's screen, find the doctor's phone number.

Use the "Call" functionality to call the doctor.

Note: Ensure that you call the correct phone number of the doctor within the sDoctor application to contact the appropriate doctor.
