Instructions for installing and launching

the application on a user's mobile device

1. System Requirements

To use the application, you need:

  • a mobile device with Apple iOS or Android

  • an active internet connection with a recommended minimum speed of 1/1 Mbit/s

Downloading and installing the application is done automatically through official app stores.

 

2. Application Installation

Android devices

  • Open Google Play Store

  • Type “sDoktor” in the search bar

  • Select the application and press Install

  • You can also use the QR code for direct download

iOS devices (Apple)

  • Open App Store

  • Type “sDoktor” in the search bar

  • Select the application and press Get

  • Available also by scanning the QR code

 

3. System Login

After downloading, open the application.
To log in, you need to enter your mobile or landline phone number.

 

4. Application Activation

The application will automatically send a six-digit activation code.

  • If you entered a mobile number, the code will arrive via SMS

  • If you entered a landline number, the code will arrive via a phone call

If the message does not arrive, select the option to resend the code.

Enter the received activation code.

 

5. Logging into the Application

To complete registration, enter the requested information and confirm by selecting CONTINUE.

 

6. Permissions

When launching the application for the first time, it will request permission to send notifications.
To continue, select ALLOW.

 

7. Using the Application

  • Call your selected doctor from the phone number registered in the application and leave a message

  • After leaving a voice message, you will receive a confirmation

  • When the doctor processes the request, you will receive a notification
